Public Information: A Message from PIO Brittany K. Jackson

Dear residents,

As the Vallejo Police Department's Public Information Officer, I am committed to ensuring you can stay up-to-date on news from the VPD. This page is a central place where you can access Vallejo Police Department's news, crime data, crime statistics and crime prevention tips. The VPD will provide information on their reports and plans for improvements on this site, as well as  detailed information on critical incident reports.

I am a Vallejo native and have served as the VPD's Public Information Officer since May 2020. Returning to the City to serve in this capacity is a blessing and a full-circle moment for me. I believe this position will give me the unique opportunity of ensuring that the positive plans for the City of Vallejo and our Police Department are realized. I know there has been a tremendous focus on behalf of the City to improve communications between the police department and the Vallejo community, so it is a privilege for me to take on this role and do everything I can to support that effort.

Sincerely,
Brittany K. Jackson
